I work this way with people living in France, but also in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Some never come to the practice, others alternate depending on their weeks.

My approachThe same work as at the practice
A video session follows the same path as at the practice. It starts with a time to talk. We then work under hypnosis or with another approach depending on what comes up.
It lasts about 1 h 15. The first appointment takes about two hours for the price of a one-hour session. It is time to get to know each other.
A place of your own
All you need is somewhere calm and comfortable, with a good internet connection, private enough that you will not be disturbed.
Set your computer or tablet down rather than holding your phone. During work under hypnosis, you can close your eyes without worrying about the screen.
In English or French
Sessions can take place in either language. English speakers living in France, near Paris or Val d’Europe, can do their whole therapy in English. For people who live far away, we look together for a time that takes the time difference into account.
Switching between the two
Nothing is fixed. You can come to the practice most of the time and occasionally switch a session to video, even on the day, if it makes life easier.
